These terms apply to this website and to the text messaging and appointment booking services AutoMod Ventures LLC ("we", "us") provides on behalf of partner auto detailing and auto styling shops. By using them you agree to these terms.

Program description

When you opt in, you receive text messages from the auto shop you contacted, sent by AutoMod Ventures LLC on the shop's behalf, about your quote request and appointment: replies to your quote request and questions, appointment confirmations, reminders 5 days, 24 hours and 1 hour before your appointment, reschedule and cancellation notices, deposit payment links for a booked appointment, and follow-ups on an open quote request. No promotional blasts are sent.

How you opt in

By ticking the optional text messaging consent box on a shop's quote request form (on the shop's website or a Facebook or Instagram lead form), by texting the shop's number first, or by giving your mobile number when you book an appointment. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See Text messaging and opt-in.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your conversation and appointments.

Message and data rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to the number that texted you. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and you will get no further texts from that number. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work. To join again, text START.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers

Messages are sent to major United States and Canadian carriers. Delivery is subject to carrier availability.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Appointments and deposits

Services are performed by the partner shop, which sets its own prices and policies. A deposit may be requested to hold an appointment, and the shop's own policy applies to rescheduling and cancellations.

Use of this website

You agree to give accurate information on our forms and not to misuse this website or submit another person's phone number.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoMod Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the messaging or booking services or this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a new date.
